Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) – The Aviation Fuel of the Future
What is SAF?
SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) is a renewable aviation fuel that can reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 80% compared to fossil-based alternatives. It is produced from renewable methanol, which is converted into synthetic hydrocarbons via the methanol-to-jet (MTJ) process.
Why SAF from NeF?
Because NeF produces renewable methanol in-house, we are uniquely positioned in the SAF market. Our production capacity can exceed 120,000 tons of SAF per plant annually—scalable and cost-competitive.
